Located in the heart of Triana District, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City, there is an historic house from the XVI century. A nice villa with three bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and in the top floor, it is a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the city, to enjoy with your couple or with a good company.  


Vegueta district is the birthplace of what is now Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. In 1478, the first Spanish settlement, called 'Real de Las Palmas' was set up on the right side of the Guiniguada ravine. Its original function was to serve as a military base. After more than five hundred years, this district of the city still is the most important area of the city's historical heritage. This district is prospering, with plenty of things to do, like go to the theatre, attend musical events, and try great food.
It is ideal for large families, friends and groups seeking a high-end, yet relaxed, private and intimate location for time together, special occasions and/or retreats.
